  1. Change of Mind:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we understand that preferences may change, and we are happy to offer a store credit for returned items in their original condition. To be eligible for a store credit, the following conditions must be met:

 

The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

  1. Damaged or Faulty Goods:

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but in the rare event that you receive damaged or faulty goods, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Please follow these steps:

 

Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or faulty item by contacting our customer service team at enquiry@clothandfeather.com.au

Provide clear photos of the damaged or faulty item along with your order number.

Our customer service team will assess the issue and provide instructions on the next steps, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

  1. Custom or Special Orders:

Any custom or special orders are considered final and non-refundable. This includes personalised items or products made to specific specifications for the customer. Please carefully review and confirm all details before placing a custom or special order.

  1. Return Process:

If you need to return an item for store credit due to a change of mind, please follow these steps:

 

Contact our customer service team at enquiry@clothandfeather.com.au to initiate the return process.

Ship the item back to us, ensuring it is securely packaged, and the return is initiated within 14 days of the original purchase.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit for the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).

  1. Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for added security.

  1. Exclusions:

The following items are non-returnable:

Items on clearance or marked as final sale.

Customised or personalized items.

  1. Cancellation of Orders:
